A long-term home

SAYP brings together niche software businesses with a long-term perspective. Companies join SAYP to become part of a stable environment focused on continuity — for products, people, and customers — over time.

Who we are

SAYP was founded by entrepreneurs with decades of experience in building and scaling software businesses. That background shapes how we work today — with a strong belief in long-term responsibility and close, operational collaboration.

We work side by side with the companies that become part of SAYP, contributing experience, structure, and leadership well beyond the initial transition. This way of working is shaped by our founders and guided by long-term thinking, led by Daniel Persson.

Active involvement

At SAYP, being involved means being present. We take an active role in strategic direction, product development, organization, and platform building. Our ambition is not just to maintain what exists, but to help companies evolve into stronger and more resilient businesses over time.

This hands-on way of working is led by our group CEO, Ulf Austin Cato, through close, ongoing collaboration with teams across the group.

Working with founders

Every company within SAYP has been built by founders with deep knowledge of their product, customers, and organization. Our starting point is always to understand what works — and to respect what has already been built.

From there, we work closely with founders and leadership teams to support the next stage of development, at a thoughtful and sustainable pace. Our long-term partnerships with founders are led by Peter Olsson.

Companies forming our platforms

SAYP brings together founder-built software companies that form the foundation of our platforms. Each company contributes deep domain knowledge and strong products, while benefiting from a shared environment focused on long-term development and continuity.

Considering a transition?

If you are a founder thinking about the next chapter for your company, SAYP welcomes an open and thoughtful conversation. We take the time to understand what you’ve built and explore whether SAYP could be the right long-term home.

All conversations are handled with discretion and respect for confidentiality.
